Rates are plus tax and are based on up to 4 occupants per cabin. There is an additional person rate of $10 per person (age 3 and older) per night for all cedar cabins. Rentals between Memorial Day and Labor Day are limited to Saturday arrivals only with a 7-night minimum. Off season rentals require a 2 night minimum stay. To confirm your reservation, a $200 Reservation Deposit is due at the time the reservation is made. A Cleaning Deposit of $150 is due upon arrival and is refundable upon departure provided the cabins are left clean and no additional charges are incurred. Rates are plus tax and are subject to change without notice. All additional charges are subject to applicable sales taxes. Pets are not allowed in the cabins, at any time.
Cabin Rental Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations received 120 days or more prior to arrival will receive a refund of the deposit, minus a $20 handling fee. Reservations cancelled between 118 days and the Rental Payment due date will receive a refund of 50% of the deposit.
In the summer season, the balance of the rental amount must be received 45 days or more prior to the arrival date. If the balance of payment is not received prior to 45 days before arrival, YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED AND ALL DEPOSITS FORFEITED. At the time the full rental payment is received, your cabin reservation is secured. Should you be unable to use your cabin during your scheduled time, and you do not have an interested party to fill in, please call our reservation department and we will attempt to rebook your reserved cabin. A full rental refund, less a $100 rebooking charge, will be issued only upon receipt of full payment from new booking party. If the cabin cannot be rented, the full rental payment is forfeited.
